The "Cook Team" is truly a team. Maggy and Dan each play an important part in addressing everything that needs to be addressed in selling a house. And that goes from setting the price, to making "staging" recommendations as well as physically moving stuff around to make the house more attractive, to engaging a professional photographer, to putting an attractive website online, and even to changing a couple of smoke alarms because the building code had changed. The house sold for well above the asking price, which was good news, but does cause me to wonder if the asking price was set a little low. But it old in 6 days, with 12 showings and 7 offers. I am a very happy client.
